![]() WELCOME TO EAGLE HEALTHCARE INC. Eagle Healthcare, Inc. is a Pacific Northwest group of health care facilities, offering rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and assisted living services. Eagle's mission is to provide high quality, individualized health care by focusing on life enrichment in a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment. Eagle's corporate office is located in Kirkland, Washington, a suburb of Seattle, where all administrative and accounting functions for Eagle's operations are centralized. The communities currently served by Eagle facilities in Washington are Bothell, Burlington, Camas, Cathlamet, Clarkston, Colville, Grandview, Richland, Seattle, Sunnyside, and Union Gap. Eagle facilities also serve Portland, Oregon and Lewiston, Idaho. Eagle's facilities include 1,122 licensed nursing home beds, 39 licensed boarding home beds, and 24 licensed assisted living beds. These facilities represent the only operations for the company. Eagle's management committee and corporate staff provide oversight, training, and support services to its thirteen locations in the Northwest. The management committee is comprised of the following four key executives: Jeff Marshall - Founder, Owner, President & CEO; Paul Rasmussen - Director of Ancillary Services; Patti Weaver - Director of Quality Assurance; and Greg Schmidt - Controller. Mr. Marshall founded Eagle in 1991 following 9 years of financial executive positions in the nursing home industry. His extensive experience included Vice President of Finance of publicly- held Beverly Enterprises, where he served for six years, and Chief Financial Officer of privately-held Long Term Care Group in Washington. Prior to his experience in health care, Mr. Marshall was Vice President-Controller of Guardian Title Company ( a subsidiary of Coldwell Banker & Company ) for three years, following four years with Ernst & Whinney, CPAs. Mr. Marshall received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University in 1975 and became a certified public accountant in 1979. Mr. Rasmussen is a physical therapist and nursing home administrator with over 12 years of experience in the long term care field. He has been employed with Eagle in his current role as Director of Ancillary Services since 1998. Ms. Weaver has been a registered nurse for twelve years with extensive experience in the long-term care and home health fields. She has been employed by Eagle since 1999 and has served in her current role as Director of Quality Assurance since 2003. Mr. Schmidt has been employed in the health care industry for fifteen years, providing financial support relating to third party reimbursement, auditing, and financial statement analysis. He became a Washington certified public accountant in 1998. Mr. Schmidt has been employed with Eagle since 1998 and has served in his current role as Controller since 2002. | ||||||
