Thank you for considering Grandview Health Care and Specialty Center for your Skilled Nursing Rehab and Long Term Care.
We believe that everyone deserves” a place to call home”. Life daily celebrations include music, food, laughter and activities. We honor residents of different cultures and take great pride in "Caring For Those You Care About”.
Unlike the majority of Skilled Nursing Facilities, Grandview has made a commitment to provide services to residents with Dementia/Alzheimer's or Mental Illnesses compatible with Dementia/Alzheimer's. With Physician guidance, we individualize behavior management with appropriate interventions to maintain a higher functioning Quality of Life.
We encourage residents maintaining full function for as long as they are able, by providing therapy and restorative services. You will see our "able” residents wheeling or walking to meals or activities unassisted. Personal independence is a choice we support and honor.
Family members are encouraged to participate in the care planning process by sharing your daily concerns or through quarterly update meetings. You may visit as often as you like. Should you be staying through a meal and would like to eat with your loved one, ask a member of our staff to request a meal from our kitchen.
Grandview Healthcare is staffed by licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants who have extensive experience in rehabilitation, geriatric and Alzheimer care.
Grandview Health Care Center's goal is to provide you and your loved one the assistance you need, the independence you want with the dignity and respect you deserve to meet life’s challenge.
We are available for tours and would be honored to serve your families Long Term or Short Term Needs.
