Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Our Skilled Nursing Department provides nursing care for those who require medical treatment under the supervision of a physician. Our professional team inspires confidence. If you or a loved one are recovering from surgery or need help with an acute medical condition, you can count on our skilled nursing staff for compassionate, competent care. Caregivers are on site 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We offer assistance-following surgery; for intravenous or rehabilitative therapy; for pain management; for wound care; for respiratory and pulmonary care; for dialysis support, and more. We also offer health screenings, diabetes management, and hospice care. |

Jerry Weldon, RN - Administrator Jerry has 17 years experience in skilled nursing and Assisted Living. He has worked in the hospital acute care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Director of Cardiopulmonary departments and Director of Cardiac/ Pulmonary Rehab. He became an RN in 1988 and worked in the ICU/CCU setting eventually leading to skilled nursing and long term care in 1992. |

Angela Nemeth - Director of Nursing Services Angela has worked in long term care for 12 years. She started as a nurses aide, became an LPN and then an RN. She has been a nursing home administrator since 2008. She enjoys all the Residents and the stories they all have to tell. |
