| Dr. William Doyle - Medical Director Dr. Doyle has been the Medical Director at Pinewood Terrace since 1989. He comes to the facility several times a week to see residents and assist with any problems we may be having. He participates in the QA Committee and is always available to us when we need input and suggestions from a physician perspective. |

| Sharon Borgford - Business Office Manager Sharon has worked as the Business Office Manager at Pinewood since January, 1990. Her years of experience have allowed her to become an expert in Medicare, Medicaid and many types of insurance payors. |

| Candace Johnson - Business Office Assistant Candace began working at Pinewood as a CNA in 1991. In 1998, she was promoted to the business office, where she is charge of payroll, human resources, accounts payable and resident trust. |

| Debbie McDowell - Activities Director Debbie began working in the activities department at Pinewood in 1979. In 1991, she was promoted to the position of Activities Director. Debbie is creative, enthusiastic and always full of ideas to make our residents’ lives more enjoyable. |

| Bob Smith - Social Services Director Bob has been the Social Services Director since 1992. He is very knowledgeable about Medicare and Medicaid, and is instrumental in assisting residents and their families with discharge planning. |

| Peggy Ferguson - Dietary Services Manager Peggy has been the dietary supervisor since February of 2006. Before coming to Pinewood she managed a large restaurant in Vancouver. Peggy takes pride in providing nutritious, delicious meals for our residents, and enjoys catering special events at Pinewood. |
