| Laura Tollefson - Activity Coordinator I started in long term healthcare in 1974 and left for 6 months in 1980 to have my first baby. I have worn many hats. My role as Activity Coordinator is like being with a second family each day. |

| Jerry Poff - Physical Therapist, PT Jerry is a Physical Therapist from Sunnyside WA. Jerry is a graduate of Washington State University and received his professional training at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester , MN . Jerry works with our residents to increase their mobility, strength and safety. The goal is to return the patient to their prior level of function.. |

| Melissa VanderTop, OTR - Occupational Therapist Melissa is a Sunnyside resident who graduated from Creighton University NE. Melissa has 14 years geriatric experience and works closely with our elders to assist them in regaining the highest level of functional ability possible. As an Occupational Therapist, Melissa is concerned with our elder’s ability to perform daily activist such as: dressing, grooming, self feeding, and toileting themselves. If the goal is to return home O.T. can address other home and community skills also. |
