To our elders and family members, we provide the comfort of knowing that our elders are well cared for in a secure and pleasant environment, where they can live happily, and where they can achieve their highest level of independence.

Elders are encouraged to make decisions concerning their needs and their desires. At Elder Council Meetings, they offer recommendations on the services that affect them.

Through planned activities and the interactions of daily life, there are many opportunities to make new friends. Elders become members of a community that supports them as they support each other.

Family members and elders are encouraged to participate in care planning. On an ongoing basis, they are kept well informed about what’s going on; in turn, we like to hear their ideas and comments. To help maintain our
high quality standards, we have established our own training and certification program for our
nursing assistants.
