We, the executive directors, staff and support team are dedicated skilled health care professionals prepared in every way to provide the highest quality of rehabilitation, skilled nursing and assisted living care for all of our residents. We strive to welcome residents into a home-like atmosphere regardless of their sex, race, religion, creed, or social status. We seek to develop programs that are based on our residents needs, the residents support systems (family and friends), the care providers and the communities we serve with consistent evaluation. In this rapidly evolving sector of the health care industry, we are continually setting new standards in preserving the dignity and quality of life of our residents. Jeff Marshall - President, CEO
Jeff founded Eagle in 1991 following 9 years of financial executive positions in the nursing home industry. His extensive experience included Vice President of Finance of publicly- held Beverly Enterprises, where he served for six years, and Chief Financial Officer of privately-held Long Term Care Group in Washington. Prior to his experience in health care, Mr. Marshall was Vice President-Controller of Guardian Title Company (a subsidiary of Coldwell Banker & Company) for three years, following four years with Ernst & Whinney, CPAs. Marshall received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University in 1975 and became a certified public accountant in 1979. |

Paul Rasmussen PT, NHA - Vice President of Ancillary Services
Paul has been a Physical Therapist since 1989, and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2000. Paul’s long term care experience began in 1992 as a Physical Therapist, following which he was a Regional Director of Physical Therapy in Central Washington and North Central Idaho and North East Oregon for contract therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. Paul joined Eagle Healthcare in 1997 overseeing therapy services and has been a member of the Eagle Management Team and Vice President of Ancillary services since 2001. Paul provides leadership and oversight of therapy service for Eagle Healthcare, as well as providing oversight and education to the facilities for the MDS process. He supervised the construction and opening of Eagle’s newest facility, Richland Rehabilitation in 2003. In 1989 Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. |

Patti Weaver, RN, CLNC
Patti has been a Registered Nurse since 1994, and a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant since 2007. Her nursing career began in long term care and her passion for care is embodied in the different positions she has held in facilities such as medication nurse, charge nurse, MDS nurse and Director of Nursing. She also served as a Director of Clinical Services for a five county Home Health and Hospice Agency. Having served as a volunteer EMT and nurse in her local community, Patti has learned the value of “community spirit”. Mrs. Weaver has been employed by Eagle since 1999 as a staff nurse, Director of Nursing and Regional Quality Assurance Nurse. She has served in her current role as Vice President of Quality Assurance since 2003. As VP QA, Patti provides clinical oversight to the facilities and works directly with the Directors of Nursing in developing systems, protocols and policies focusing on clinical outcomes, risk management and resident satisfaction.
